  • Deliver more affordable housing for working families, seniors, educators, first responders, and more

  • Protect renters and support rental assistance for those struggling to make ends meet

  • Ensure new developments are in line with the character of Los Gatos, avoiding towers next to single-family homes

  • Help older adults afford to retire and age in place in the town they've called home

Public Safety & Emergency Preparedness

  • Support and fund our police and fire departments to ensure community safety and rapid response times

  • Invest in wildfire prevention, fuel reduction, evacuation planning, and early warning systems for our neighborhoods

  • Continue Los Gatos' model of community policing to reduce crime and build trust

  • End homelessness in Los Gatos through increased behavioral health care and individualized case management

Safer Streets & Reduced Traffic

  • Tackle summer beach traffic through piloting tolling and completing the Highway 17 Congestion Management Project

  • Continue to build safer, more walkable and bikeable streets for families, children, and older adults

  • Calm traffic in neighborhoods with smarter roadway design

  • Grow public transit options and ridership by piloting

  • Reduce illegal e-motorcycle use in Los Gatos

  • Pilot free bus passes for Los Gatos students and seniors

A Thriving Downtown & Local Businesses

  • Keep investing in a vibrant, welcoming downtown

  • Reduce vacancies, stabilize commercial rents, and prioritize local, independent shops

  • Construct new public restrooms in Town Plaza Park in downtown Los Gatos

  • Continue promoting businesses through social media, supporting events, and connecting with business owners

  • Cut red tape that drives up costs for small business owners

Protecting Parks & the Environment

  • Preserve and enhance open space with projects like the Highway 17 Wildlife and Trail Crossings

  • Enhance existing parks, add playgrounds and recreation space, and create a community garden

  • Reduce vehicle miles traveled and support climate-smart building to fight climate change

  • Steward our trees, creeks, and natural spaces for the next generation

  • Curb hillside overdevelopment

Support Youth, Families, and Seniors

  • Mentor the next generation of leaders through programs like my Young Leaders Group

  • Expand programs and services for older adults to keep seniors active and connected

  • Champion the creation of an intergenerational community center

  • Strengthen family-friendly amenities and opportunities, from playgrounds to youth sports to community events

  • Create more "third spaces" where residents can gather outside of work and home
